Accessibility statement
Poggio dei Mandorli is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Conformance status
This website is [DA SOSTITUIRE: partially] conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2, level AA), as referenced by the EN 301 549 standard and by the Italian AgID Guidelines on the accessibility of services (version 1.0, Determination no. 38 of 4 March 2026).
The assessment was carried out by the website developer using automated tests (axe-core) on every page, keyboard-only navigation, checks at 320 px width and 200% zoom, and colour contrast checks, including in negative mode.
Non-accessible content
- Blog and gallery: available in Italian only.
- Map: the Google Maps map is a third-party service; the address is also given as text on the Contact page and in the footer.
- PDF documents: [DA SOSTITUIRE] any downloadable documents not yet checked.
Accessibility features
- Negative mode: the “Negative mode” button at the top of every page switches to a dark palette with checked contrast; your choice is remembered.
- Accessibility preferences: the button with the accessibility icon, at the bottom left of every page, opens a panel to enlarge text, increase spacing, turn on high contrast or greyscale, use a highly legible typeface, underline links, highlight the focus, stop animations and carousels, enlarge the pointer and show a reading guide. It is an extra aid: the site is designed to be accessible without it, and the panel does not change how assistive technologies work.
- Keyboard navigation: the first element on every page is a “Skip to main content” link.
- Languages: the site is available in Italian and English; the language switcher takes you to the same page in the other language.
